Bronwynn Bakker
Executive Producer

Bronwynn has worked in the New Zealand TV industry for close to 20 years where she has produced and directed content on shows which include Funny Girls, New Zealand Idol, X Factor, Funny Roots and numerous documentaries, as well as creating localised content for MTV New Zealand, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon.

From 2012 to 2018, she oversaw all creative and production of Jono & Ben, and Funny Girls.

She also works as a director and in the past two years, helped create and develop the shows Golden Boy, New Zealand Today, The Citizen’s Handbook, Frickin Dangerous Bro on the Road, Dai’s House Party, and alonside Avalon, Taskmaster NZ.

She has a strong passion for developing young talent and ensuring women have a strong presence in creative industries.

Cam Bakker
Managing Director

With a background in sales integration and marketing, Cam has a keen interest in creating quality content for both commercial partners and broadcasters.

Previously he’s worked in communications for agency and large corporates, as well as across a number of new zealand tv productions.

Since 2014 he had been working in sales integration across both the radio and tv industries, where he worked on a number of campaigns which won a number of awards across the Asia Spikes, Australia’s Befest awards, the NZ Beacon awards, and New Zealand Radio awards.

Most recently. he has helped create video content for Burger King, Hallenstein Brothers, and Genesis Energy.

Jess Lockie
Production Manager 

Jess has been working in the New Zealand TV industry in production since 2016, where she's worked on shows such as Jono and Ben, Funny Girls, NZ Today and Golden Boy. 

Joining the Kevin and Co team in 2018 as Production Manager, Jess has worked hard on all productions coming through the door. Jess is passionate about working in comedy television which is demonstrated in her work.

Jess Quilter
Production Coordinator

Graduating from Toi Whakaari, The New Zealand Drama School in 2017 with a degree in Performing Arts, Jess has always had a strong desire to work in television and film. 

From 2018-2019 Jess was the lead host of a daily kids show, Fanimals, which played after school on TV2. During this time they shot a total of 200 episodes that aired in multiple countries in the pacific region. 

Jess has also worked hard to develop her skills as a production coordinator and recently she’s worked on productions such as Creamerie, Taskmaster season 1 & 2, New Zealand Today Season 2, The Russell Howard Travelogue and Raised by Refugees.

Kevin Bakker
Chief Pest

If you like being greeted with a howl and wagging tail, then you have to meet Kevin. He attends every meeting and makes sure to keep his presence known with a cold nose press to the back of your leg. Despite the company being named after him, he’s a hands-off manager.
